As an Account Executive (f/m/d) at Meister, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our business in Germany, focusing on both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Your mission? To drive sales across multiple channels—inbound leads, an established customer portfolio, and strategic outbound outreach—while identifying and maximizing expansion opportunities.
We’re looking for a hands-on sales professional ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of their pipeline, actively engage prospects, and drive business growth. You understand how to navigate B2B SaaS sales cycles and are committed to positioning Meister as the go-to digitalization partner for our customers. What makes you special
- 3+ Years’ Experience. You have a track record in closing deals and experience managing multiple accounts in a SaaS environment. Work experience in the German public sector is a plus.
- Outbound Expertise. You have already gained practice in cold calls and pitching to customers, who didn’t come in via Marketing or product led efforts.
- Expansion Focus. You bring strong skills in up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Results-Driven. You bring a never-settle approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent Communication. Ability to explain complex subjects in an engaging and value-driven way.
- Language Skills. You are proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language; additional languages are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy. You're comfortable using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage accounts and track progress.
- Prioritization & Analytical Skills. You bring strategic portfolio management skills and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
