You will provide hands-on Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring advice to clients, helping them address their complex business challenges to drive significant performance improvement and organizational change.

Key tasks:
You will provide hands-on Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring advice to clients, helping them address their complex business challenges to drive significant performance improvement and organizational change.

Key tasks:
- Liquidity planning, monitoring, financial modeling
- Insolvency audit (planning and retrograde/forensic)
- Integrated corporate planning within the scope of restructuring reports
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with BRL's auditing, legal and tax advisory services
- Orientation towards relevant IDW auditing standards
- Project responsibility for the implementation of restructuring reports (IDW S6)
- Crisis and project management on site
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 1+ years of proven consulting experience with a with a commercial background (restructuring, performance improvement, value creation, private equity or related areas)
- Sound experience in the areas of reorganization, restructuring or insolvency administration, preferably also from the industry- controlling
- Industry experience in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, construction or industrial services preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication skills and a confident manner with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Hands-on approach to project execution
- Fluent in German and Englisch
