As a Working Student in Partner Enablement & Experience, you’ll support our partner and commercial enablement team in building and delivering high-quality enablement materials and communications—ensuring that our partners are equipped, informed, and engaged throughout their journey.

Your Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design: Support in creating and visually polishing enablement materials (e.g. guides, toolkits, documentation) to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
- Portal Management: Upload content to the osapiens partner portal and help maintain its structure and up-to-date resources.
- Asset Maintenance: Regularly update existing enablement collateral and ensure accurate version control.
- Newsletter Support: Assist in preparing the monthly Partner Newsletter—from content curation to layout.
- Reporting & Data Diligence: Help track engagement metrics and support partner reporting and documentation tasks.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Strong visual and formatting skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe InDesign or similar tools).
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a structured and reliable working style.
- Interest in partner management, communication, and enablement content.
- Fluency in German & English
- Based in Mannheim.
