For more than 35 years, MARINGO has set itself the goal of developing modern, tailor-made commercial software for small and medium-sized companies. We distribute our project management software MARIProject based on SAP Business One worldwide via our SAP partner network. We are delighted that MARIProject is now being used by over 22,000 users worldwide!

In addition to sales and development, we support our customers and partners with consulting, training and service & support in the implementation of their IT projects and maintain customer systems with various database systems. Good and personal cooperation is particularly important to our team of 25 employees.

Your tasks

• Support of the systems of our international customers and sales partners as well as the company's internal systems with various database systems SAP HANA (on SUSE SLES) / MS-SQL (on Windows) / PostgreSQL + MySQL on Linux (Suse + Ubuntu + AWS Linux)
• Support with the installation and maintenance of the various systems
• Administration of customer systems via Remote Desktop Services
• Creating individual concepts for interfaces and data transport via various media
• Development and documentation of the corresponding solutions
• Error analysis and solution development as part of unit tests and UI tests
  
  

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of information technology (e.g. IT specialist for system integration or computer science) with at least 2 years of professional experience
• Advanced Linux knowledge at command line level
• Apache/Nginx/IIS, MySQL, PHP
• Network services (proxy, dns, dhcp, ssh)
• Backup solutions (AWS S3, duply, borg)
• Active Directory, EntraID, LDAP, oAuth
• PowerShell
• Knowledge at application level: Trellix, ePO, clamav, NextCloud, Jitsi
• Strong customer, service and team orientation
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills combined with a desire to find solutions
• Good command of German and English, both in writing and on the phone
• Independence, reliability and a sense of responsibility
