In dieser Rolle stehen Sie an vorderster Front bei der Entwicklung modernster CNC-Lösungen, der Optimierung von Steuerungssystemen und der Weiterentwicklung der Bearbeitungstechnologie. Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von Steuerungssystemen: Entwerfen, programmieren und optimieren Sie CNC-Steuerungssysteme, um die Effizienz, Präzision und Flexibilität in Fertigungsprozessen zu verbessern.
- Innovation & Testing: Sie arbeiten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Prototypen für neue CNC-Technologien zu entwickeln und zu testen.
- Fehlerbehebung und Analyse: Diagnose und Behebung komplexer technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit CNC-Systemen, um eine hohe Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit zu gewährleisten.
- R&D-Projekte: Sie tragen zu Forschungsinitiativen bei, die sich auf die Verbesserung der CNC-Automatisierung, der Softwareintegration und der Systemfunktionalität konzentrieren.
- Dokumentation & Normen: Sie entwickeln eine umfassende Dokumentation für CNC-Steuerungsprozesse und stellen die Einhaltung von Industriestandards sicher.
- Schulung und Support: Bereitstellung von technischem Fachwissen und Schulungen für interne Teams und Endbenutzer zu CNC-Steuerungsfunktionen und Best Practices.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit CNC-Steuerungssystemen, einschließlich Programmierung, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung.
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in G-Code, M-Code, SPS-Programmierung und CAD/CAM-Software.
- Vertrautheit mit CNC-Maschinen führender Hersteller (z.B. FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, Beckhoff, etc.)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Steuerungsalgorithmen, Signalverarbeitung und Systemintegration.
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie C++, Python oder ähnlichem sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Liebe zum Detail und die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig, als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
- Erfahrung mit IoT, Industrie 4.0 oder intelligenten Fertigungstechnologien und Kenntnisse in fortschrittlichen Simulations- und Modellierungswerkzeugen sowie in experimenteller Modal- und Schwingungsanalyse wären von Vorteil
