How you will CELLebrate
- Design of battery cell in accordance with requirements from customer
- Orchestrate the development of the battery cell taking into account the entirety of the technical process
- Resolve conflicting objectives and ensure technical decisions
- Aggregate and manage technical maturity and risk
- Lead technical feasibility studies & root cause analysis
- Documente and presente project results
- Degree of engineering in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemical engineering, or comparable education
- Work experience of several years in battery cells development from laboratory scale to mass production scale
- Work experience in project management
- Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
- Very good communication skills
- Intercultural competence and readiness for international traveling
- English skills business fluent, German skills basics
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
