The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Technical project lead for development of cells for a series development project
• Technical lead and management of an interdisciplinary development project team
• Project controlling and management such as development project plan, timelines, milestones, budget, sample steering, fulfillment of product requirements, or approval of product releases
• Interface function to Program Management, internal customer, Operations, Quality, Development Partners and Purchasing
  
  

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• Completed technical/university studies e.g. in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Work experience in project management and functional leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Work experience in development and industrialization projects
• Work experience in the field of battery cell development or in related areas
• Strong ability of self-organization and good communication skills
• Fluent English skills
