Verantwortlichkeiten
- Prüfung und Bewertung der Funktionalen Sicherheit in Prozessanlagen der chemischen Industrie unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen der Cybersecurity
- Erstellung von Sicherheitsplänen und -berichten gemäß IEC 61511
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Risikoanalysen und Bewertung von Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von Sicherheitsfunktionen in die Prozessarchitektur
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und -reviews
- Beratung zur Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Verordnungen und Technischen Regeln sowie deren Interpretation im Sinne des Unternehmens
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automatisierungsplanung oder der EMR-Instandhaltung für chemische Prozessanlagen
- Kenntnisse in sicherheitsgerichteten Systemen (SIS), Sicherheitsintegritätsniveau (SIL) und Sicherheitsanforderungsspezifikationen (SRS)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der IEC 61511 und anderer relevanter Sicherheitsstandards
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Bewertung bzw. Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen mit Mitteln der Prozessleittechnik
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Entscheidungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
