IT Coordinator - Data Transfer & EDI (f/m/d)

We are looking for an IT Specialist - Data Transfer & EDI (f/m/d) at our Office in Ratingen - join our team now!

You will be part of our IT Department and in particular responsible for maintaining of existing and developing new data interfaces.

Your scope:

• Develop and Maintain Data Interfaces: Manage APIs, Web Services, Web-EDI, and Cloud Services (e.g., Google Drive).
• Configure Data Conversions: Set up diverse data conversions and associated communication channels (OFTP2, SFTP, HTTPS).
• Provide Data Transfer Support: Perform error detection, analysis, and resolution, offering 1st and 2nd level support.
• Administer iPaaS Solution: Manage and monitor data transfer services via Seeburger iPaaS Solution.
• Participate in EDI Projects: Contribute to data transfer and EDI project initiatives.
• Ensure Data Communication Reliability: Guarantee the stable communication of data between different systems.
• Establish and Maintain Communication Channels: Set up and maintain communication channels needed for the data transfers.
  
  

What you should bring to the table:

• IT Qualification: Completed IT training, Computer Science degree, or equivalent.
• EDI Format Familiarity: Basic knowledge of common EDI data formats (EDIFACT, XML, ODETTE, VDA, ANSI X12, GS1).
• SAP Module Awareness: Introductory experience with SAP SD/MM/FI/CO modules.
• Data Transfer Understanding: Foundational knowledge of data transfer/EDI environments and connections.
• Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively.
• Interface Learning Interest: Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in interface topics (SAP SD/MM).
• Service-Oriented and Detail-Oriented: Commitment to accuracy, carefulness, and providing excellent service.
• Team Player: Strong team spirit and dedication to collaborative work.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of both German and English.
