We're a small but mighty team serving coffees out of our stores in Berlin and quickly expanding to the rest of Germany. We're looking for a Recruiter contribute to hiring our team in-store. You will be hiring the customer facing team for all of our stores from baristas to Store Managers.

What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for store-staff positions.
- Partner with the team to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate trial days with our stores.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support store growth and expansion.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience or similar high volume recruiting, preferably in retail, hospitality, or food service industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and German as a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing candidates.
- Passion for people and a keen eye for talent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in high-volume hiring and retail is a big plus.
