Your mission with us
Do you want to shape the future of smart locker systems with us? Then become our new Customer Support Hero!
You are the first point of contact for our customers and help them with questions & challenges.
You coordinate customer requirements with our sales team and ensure smooth implementation.
You ensure that all requirements are correctly integrated into our cloud platform
You understand the needs of our customers and provide valuable feedback to our development team
You create documentation, evaluations & statistics - so that everything remains transparent.
You test new features and give the green light for releases
What you should bring with you
Completed training in IT application development, system integration or similar.
First experience in the area of application support.
Strong communication skills & enjoy working with customers.
Analytical thinking & a structured, independent way of working.
Very good English - so that you can optimally support our international customers.
