What you can expect

  • Implement and scale global Learning and Development programs that strengthen leadership capability and support career growth at all levels
  • Serve as trusted partner to senior leaders, aligning HR priorities with business goals
  • Lead initiatives for talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted development planning for career growth
  • Provide coaching to managers on employee relations, engagement and performance topics leading to career development opportunities
  • Optimize staffing levels, skills and resources to meet organizational goals
  • Guide workforce planning, organizational design, and talent decisions that support growth
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, feedback, and business insights
  • Partner in close collaboration and cross-functional exchange within our Global HR Team



What you can bring

  • Completed education or studies, ideally with focus on human resources, psychology or a comparable qualification
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in HR work, significant exposure to talent development, learning as well as strategic HR partnering
  • Experience implementing learning strategies that scale across diverse teams and geographies
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a global mindset
  • Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, with strong analytical and excellent communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • High flexibility and hands-on-mentality
  • Language competencies: English, Level B2, if not the capability to make this in the first 6 months
