M365 Specialist (m/f/d)*.

What does an M365 specialist do in 2nd level support with us?

As a member of 2nd Level Support, you are an IT expert with specialization(s). You are a professional all-rounder in the areas of support and system administration. In addition, you have an in-depth specialization in Microsoft 365 products and services. You will be responsible for processing complex technical inquiries and fault reports, analyzing the tasks at hand and developing solutions based on this. You will also support, advise and train our customers' users on more complex IT-related issues. You will be responsible for the installation and configuration of central systems and services and will be involved in the implementation of projects, in a managerial capacity if necessary. All this with a focus on M365. You can expect diverse and interesting tasks in a cross-location team.

Your tasks as an M365 specialist in 2nd level support:

  • Professional support and system administration at 2nd level
  • Processing of service and change requests
  • Incident management, error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Further processing of pre-qualified tasks and problems from the 1st level support team
  • Installation/configuration of systems and services
  • Collaboration in the implementation of projects
  • Creating and updating or expanding our technical documentation
  • Supporting the testing and introduction of new technologies
  • Technical customer advice
  • Support of the sales department in the preparation of offers (presales)
  • Recording and documentation of activities in tickets
  • Your main tasks: Setup, configuration, administration and support of Microsoft 365 environments

Your Profile, What You Bring To The Table

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training or qualification
  • Experience level: at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge focus is Microsoft 365 administration - planning, migration, deployment and management of M365 services
  • Very good knowledge of administrative handling of Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
  • Practical experience in carrying out cloud migrations and hybrid cloud operations in conjunction with M365
  • Corresponding manufacturer certifications or comparable proof of qualification, e.g. MS-102 exam: Microsoft 365 administrator
  • Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
  • You are a team player - even remote collaboration and virtual teams are no problem
  • Good communication skills (German from C1 level, English from B1 level)
  • Willingness to learn and open-mindedness for new topics and technologies is mandatory

Desirable/optional

  • Basic experience in related areas such as firewall and network technology
  • You have already gained experience in a system house
