Work Student, Operational Excellence (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student to support our Operational Excellence and Process Optimization initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, business process improvement and digital transformation in a leading global technology company.

• Maintain and organize Operational ExcellenceTeamBase Page, including documentation of processes, guidelines, reports and announcements
• Track project milestones and monitor the status of technical developments, including bugs and issues, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of workflows in customer self-service operations
• Conduct research and data analysis to support stakeholder alignment
• Support the preparation and coordination of meetings and workshops
  
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
