Your Scope

As a contact person for our account managers and customer service team as well as our customers, you work in the team cluster retail for Germany, which is part of the Ardo Group Customer Excellence Team.

You closely collaborate with customer service, sales, supply chain, marketing, data management and other internal as well as external stakeholders.

You support the account managers:

you analyze product portfolio’s as well as market and customer data, share your insights and assist to translate them into business and account plans

you prepare customer meetings

you prepare, monitor and follow up tenders and quotations

you manage promotions forecasting and analysis.

You support customers:

you take the lead in communication concerning article forms, action proposals, sample shipments for new packaging, etc.

you accurately follow-up service level agreements

you internally follow up customer related questions such as QA, internal data, material statuses, …

you manage customers’ questionnaires and sustainability reports.

You provide periodic reports on e.g. turnover, assortment, profitability as well as customized reports, both for internal use as for the customer.

You coordinate and follow up in different areas:

item screenings of packaging, article creations, first productions, NPD sample, …

introduction of new products

small customer projects.

You make suggestions and take initiatives for optimizations that can also be implemented on a global group level.

Your profile

Native German and professional level of English.

Preferably a master’s degree or equal by experience.

A minimum of 5-year experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role.

Comfortable to work with IT systems like SAP and an excellent level of excel knowledge. Experience with a CRM system is a plus.

Building strong business relationships and proactively improving customer satisfaction is key in everything you do.

You easily adapt, embrace learning opportunities, and have commercial flair.
