The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
Your role and key responsibilities

Your role and key responsibilities
- Member of the BIM-planning team in Salzgitter
- Development of company-related BIM standards and competent advice to the project partners on BIM and control of BIM processing in the projects
- Operational implementation of the BIM method in projects
- Development of planning scopes and methods for the realisation of complex construction scopes for several construction phases, disciplines and/or processes for factory, building and infrastructure facilities, if necessary with the development of corresponding decision templates
- Consideration of integrated planning taking into account all trades
- Participation in planning meetings
- Preparation of decision papers taking into account evaluated alternatives
- Development of technical standards
- Preparation of presentations
- completed university degree with a civil, architectural, electrical, or HVAC background or similar education
- Preferable 3-5 years of professional experiences
- Distinct team orientation and social competence
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Very good English language skills
- International expertise is a plus
- good knowledge of the application/setup of Oracle Aconex, Revit and Primavera
- Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
- Possibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)
