IT Organizer / System Analyst (ERP) (m/f/d)

IT Organizer / System Analyst (ERP) (m/f/d)

It is particularly exciting for you to observe and analyze the workflows and processes in specialist areas such as purchasing, logistics, production and sales together with your colleagues on site. You will either implement the insights gained directly in the ERP system or work on projects in collaboration with the service provider to provide the specialist departments with optimum support in their day-to-day business. As you will be in close contact with your colleagues, this will usually require you to be on site in Bremerhaven.

In addition, the areas of responsibility are far more varied:

• Support and optimization of ERP operations to ensure smooth processes
• Planning, organizing and implementing innovative IT projects that increase success and efficiency
• You are the central point of contact for process adjustments and IT optimizations throughout the entire process
• Responsibility for the configuration, installation and integration of production systems and scales in the ERP client environment
• Professional support, configuration and management of scanner and handheld hardware as well as the associated software in the logistics area
• Carrying out important IT maintenance and administration processes in the ERP system
• Creating and continuously updating documentation and operating manuals for clear and effective use
• Conducting training sessions to familiarize users in the specialist departments with the relevant systems and processes
  
  

For The Solution You Have The Following Knowledge

• Completed studies in economics or engineering, computer science or comparable training as a technically oriented IT businessman (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar area of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of working with (Oracle) databases and SQL
• Practical experience with ERP systems
• Ideally experience in the food industry
• Fluency in German and a solid command of English
• Excellent self-organization skills and a results-oriented way of working
• High flexibility and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Enthusiasm and creativity in dealing with people, processes and systems
