Junior IT Organizer / System Analyst (ERP) (m/f/d)

You are very interested in examining and optimizing the workflows and processes in our specialist areas such as purchasing, logistics, production and sales together with your colleagues on site. The results obtained are either adapted directly in the ERP system or implemented as a project in cooperation with our service provider in order to provide our specialist departments with the best possible support in their daily business. You will be supported by an experienced IT colleague in all your tasks.

As the tasks are carried out in personal contact, a regular presence on site in Bremerhaven is required.

In addition, the areas of responsibility are far more varied:

• Ensuring smooth ERP operation through continuous support
• You are the central contact person for process adjustments and optimizations in the process as well as in the IT environment
• Responsibility for the configuration, installation and seamless integration of production systems and scales into the ERP client environment
• Provision of support, configuration and management of scanner and handheld hardware and associated software in the logistics area
• Carrying out the necessary IT maintenance and administration processes in the ERP system to ensure stable and efficient use
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of documentation and operating manuals to provide clear and precise instructions
• Conducting practice-oriented training courses to optimally prepare users in the specialist departments for using the systems
  
  

You Have The Following Knowledge For The Solution

• Completed studies in economics or engineering, computer science or comparable training as a technically oriented IT businessman (m/f/d)
• Practical experience in scripting, ideally with SQL
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems would be an advantage
• A strong willingness to continuously expand and apply your knowledge
• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Excellent self-organization skills and a goal-oriented way of working
• High flexibility and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Enthusiasm and creativity in dealing with people, processes and systems
