We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist for Amazon Last Mile Operations in Duisburg and/or Düsseldorf.
The EU AMXL Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is seeking an enthusiastic and data-driven Field ACES Manager to contribute to the improvement and growth of the EU Last Mile (LM) Operations network. This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business that is growing at an incredible pace. You will scope end-to-end customer benefits through process improvement and floor support to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence in EU AMXL Last Mile Operations. This job requires more than 25% travel and a night shifts across Delivery stations in Germany and might extend to other EU countries of AMXL presence.

We lead large-scale programs that drive operational improvements and support other teams in Amazon to deliver enhanced solutions and expand the network, offering best-in-class customer experiences.

- Manage projects of new initiative, coordinating with last mile operations team on implementation.
- Regular sites visits in Germany across delivery stations for improvement opportunities and process audits.
- Collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Analyze metrics to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program/project management,
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive actions
- Process improvement experience
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
