Your Area Of Responsibility

• First level support and on-site support
• Support of the ticket system
• Training of employees and creation of training material
• Installing and configuring Windows client and server systems and application software
• Procurement and installation of hardware and software
• Assigning and managing user accounts, access rights and licenses
• Data backup and storage
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration or similar or motivated career changer
• Basic understanding of IT environments
• Knowledge in the area of first level support
• Skills in the Microsoft client and server environment
• Independent, very structured way of working as well as a high degree of service orientation and initiative
