Working Student Project Management & Resource Planning Europe (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

• Assisting with planning and managing projects of different scales in different regions througho ut DACH, EMEA, LATAM & APAC
• Learning and applying standard project management methods in a dynamic multi-project work environment
• Self managed maintenance of data generated and used within different platforms and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint
• Review documentation of internal processes and best practises for Project Management & Resource Planning
• Assisting Resource Planning with various tasks being involved within the full project- and order-lifecycle from order to support handover
• Working closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services group
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Fulfil the regulations to qualify as a working student in Germany
• Desire and passion to learn about broadcast & event industry
• Structured way of working in a dynamic multi-project environment
• English and German language ist a must (written and spoken)
• MS Office365 knowledge
• Jira & Confluence operational knowledge is a plus
• Basic knowledge of project management methods and terminology is a plus
