Summary

We are looking for an “Integration and Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)” for the “Naval & Ground Rader Units” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Naval & Ground Rader Units department is responsible for the assembly and testing of all naval and ground radar and electronic warfare products, including the initial mechanical assembly and wiring of test systems and simulators.

Your Tasks

• Integration / assembly of assemblies / modules and racks / cabinets according to drawing and parts list in time, cost and quality
• Carrying out repairs, as well as maintenance and repair work
• Production of crimped, mechanically secured or soldered connections in accordance with IPC-A-610 / 620
• Revision and configuration control and maintenance
• Creation of mechanical and electrical auxiliary production documentation and initiation of changes
• Collaboration / support in process and sequence optimization
• Timely identification and solution of problems during the production process
• Creation of quality reports in SAP
  
  

Your Profile

• Training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, mechatronics technician or similar
• Experience in the integration of complex assemblies and systems
• Experience in working according to drawings
• Knowledge of crimped, mechanically secured or soldered connections in accordance with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• SAP (ERP / PLM module) knowledge advantageous
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills
• Business fluent German and good English skills
