Your main tasks
Planisware Implementation
- Lead deployment as business owner
- Ensure integration with existing systems
- Provide support and training
- Optimize usage and processes
- Oversee data migration
- Enhance cross-team collaboration
- Improve efficiency through automation
- Establish project governance frameworks
- Implement reporting mechanisms
- Manage global Project portfolio management (PAC) process
- Ensure compliance with project framework
- Lead BU transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies
- Manage change and foster innovation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in Project Management, PMO leadership, or transformation roles in Automotive industry
- Expertise in project management, software implementation, and transformational initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications and integration processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in PMO management and governance
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strategic thinking and systems mindset
- Strong leadership and people influence
- Analytical, data-driven decision making
- Digital fluency and ERP/system acumen
- Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive
