Your tasks

• As a competent contact person (m/f/d), you will look after our insured persons in all matters - especially in member service
• Establish a close relationship with our customers: With your enthusiasm, you will retain and gain new members for BKK Groz-Beckert
• You will advise and support not only our voluntary members but also those insured under the non-contributory family insurance scheme and carry out insurance law assessments for students, interns and pensioners
• You will also be responsible for the contribution accounts and the collection of contributions
  
  

Your qualification

• Completed training as a social insurance clerk (m/f/d) with ideally three years of professional experience
• You have extensive knowledge of statutory health and long-term care insurance and are confident working with MS Office and iskv_21c
• Friendly, confident demeanour and a high level of customer and service orientation
• Responsible and legally compliant way of working
