We’re building smarter, more responsive revenue strategies — powered by data, not guesswork. As a Quantitative Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities that directly impact pricing and distribution performance.
This role is all about turning raw data into actionable insight. You'll collaborate with the Revenue & Distribution team to understand pricing behavior, competitor positioning, and demand patterns — and translate that into strategies that drive results.

We’re building smarter, more responsive revenue strategies — powered by data, not guesswork. As a Quantitative Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, forecasting demand, and identifying opportunities that directly impact pricing and distribution performance.
This role is all about turning raw data into actionable insight. You'll collaborate with the Revenue & Distribution team to understand pricing behavior, competitor positioning, and demand patterns — and translate that into strategies that drive results.
What you will analyse:
- Conduct market and portfolio performance analysis to identify risks, inefficiencies, or untapped revenue opportunities.
- Analyze pricing trends, competitor behavior, and demand signals across key markets and OTAs (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb).
- Analytical tools to assess demand density and pricing behavior across micro-markets near our managed properties.
- Build and refine forecasting models for revenue, occupancy, and demand shifts using Python, R, or Excel-based tools.
- Support pricing strategy experimentation by analyzing the impact of rate changes, promotions, or new distribution tactics.
- The groundwork for a fully automated revenue management system, incorporating AI and machine learning for advanced decision-making.
- 2–5+ years in quantitative analytics (Python preferred), revenue management, strategy, business intelligence, or a related field..
- Proficiency in Excel and either Python, R, or a BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, or optimization techniques.
- A business mindset — able to connect data findings to decisions and communicate them clearly.
- Bonus: experience with hospitality tech stacks, OTA APIs, PMS systems, or revenue management.
