IT Security Officer (m/f/d)
Lübecker Hafen-Gesellschaft mbH
Datum: vor 3 Wochen
Stadt: Lübeck, Schleswig-Holstein
Vertragstyp: Ganztags

Lübecker Hafen-Gesellschaft is Germany's largest RoRo port operator. With over 700 employees, 4 handling terminals, 19 jetties on a total area of 171 ha, we already move a lot in the Baltic Sea region in terms of numbers. To be precise, over 22 million tons of goods are handled at the LHG terminals every year. But that's not all. Whether stevedoring or warehousing, as a modern logistics group, LHG offers a wide range of services together with its subsidiaries and holdings. And now you come into play.
We are looking to strengthen our IT team with a
IT Security Officer (m/f/d)
As an IT Security Officer (m/f/d), you are the central operational authority for IT security. You will support the implementation of the IT security guidelines and measures defined by the CISO and check compliance with them. To this end, you will carry out regular security audits and assist with risk analysis. You will raise awareness and train employees in IT security issues, advise the IT team on the secure configuration of systems and participate in audits and security certifications. You will also act as the interface between the IT department, the data protection officer and external auditors and support the CISO in communicating with authorities and auditors.
What You Bring With You
EGYM Wellpass
From premium fitness or yoga studios, swimming and leisure pools, climbing and bouldering gyms to online Zumba, meditation or nutrition coaching: we subsidize the wide range of sports and wellness activities offered by Wellpass.
Fair earnings
Sometimes it's quite simple. Good work deserves good wages. Of course, we pay according to the collective agreement. What we also offer: capital-forming benefits and a company pension allowance.
A unique workplace
Dynamic, varied and always on the move - the port is not a workplace like any other. You have to like that. But if you like a breath of fresh air, you've come to the right place.
Company parking lot
There are plenty of parking spaces for our employees both at the Hafenhaus and at our terminals.
Flexible working
Goods can only be loaded in the home office to a limited extent. Many things can only be done on site at our terminals. But of course: flexible and mobile working is possible wherever it suits.
Health management
The health of our employees is important to us. From preventive check-ups and vaccinations to company sports - there's a lot going on here.
Annual special payments
Vacation pay, Christmas bonus, anniversary bonus - appreciation comes in many ways. Sometimes also in monetary terms.
Childcare
Work and family go hand in hand with us. For example, going to kindergarten or childminder in the morning. Our service provider helps you find suitable childcare options. Good childcare and a relaxed working environment go hand in hand.
More mobility
The personal mobility turnaround by bike? Is running. Or rather rolling. We support company bike leasing for all our employees who want to cycle to work.
Discount program
In addition to the varied Lübeck weather, LHG employees also enjoy a wide range of discounts at various online and offline retailers.
Mental Health
We support our employees with life's big and small challenges. Whether it's coping with stress, finding medical appointments and therapy places, advice on care and much more. Our specialized service provider is available around the clock and, of course, anonymously.
Team events
If you can work, you can celebrate. Whether at our annual summer party or at the Christmas party in the respective department - we celebrate the way we work: preferably together.
Further training
Standstill and port simply don't go together. We support LHG employees with individual training courses for personal and professional development.
Does that sound like you? Sounds good.
Severely disabled persons with equal aptitude, qualifications and professional achievements will be given preferential consideration.
We aim to increase the proportion of women in the LHG. For this reason, we expressly encourage qualified women to apply to us.
We look forward to hearing from you.
