We, POS Service GmbH, are looking for a new colleague as

IT Service Technician (m/f) for our Repair Center!

You're probably wondering who we actually are.

Well, we have been around since 1998. Our head office is in Warstein-Belecke, but we are looking for a new colleague for our operational headquarters in Hagen.

Our services include the installation and maintenance of nationwide branch networks. We also manage our customers' IT projects, roll out IT systems, train branch teams in the use of hardware and take care of repairs.

That sounds exciting and you want to know how YOU can support us?

• You can successfully contribute your experience and knowledge in the field of maintenance, repair and overhaul of IT systems (PCs, printers, multifunctional devices, cash registers, cash register peripherals, network, telephony, etc.)
• You will also be responsible for the maintenance and installation of operating systems, as well as data backup and recovery
• You record faults and maintenance orders and are available to our field service technicians by telephone in the event of queries
  
  

So what do YOU need to bring to be successful with us?

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (or similar/comparable) and ideally have some work experience
• You have sound knowledge of hardware and are familiar with Windows client and server systems
• A self-reliant and independent working style as well as a high degree of team orientation and flexibility round off your profile
• You are also resilient, persistent and enjoy working with people
• You are an "English speaker"
