Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the administration and configuration of an Atlassian Cloud instance (especially Jira and Confluence, but also other Atlassian products).
• You ensure the security and availability of the systems.
• You manage users and authorizations and train new users.
• You support the implementation of best practices for the optimal use of Atlassian tools.
• You advise internal stakeholders, clarify requirements and implement solutions while carefully documenting everything.
• You take care of the purchase of licenses and add-ons and accompany the associated GDPR and ISO audits.

What you bring along:

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree, ideally in the field of computer science / IT management.
• You have several years of experience in the administration of Atlassian Cloud products, in particular Jira and Confluence.
• You have know-how in IT system administration, cloud services and common security standards.
• Ideally, you have experience in stakeholder management as well as user and product administration.
• You communicate excellently in both German and English.
• You are resident in Germany.
