As Team Lead Cost Accounting & Transfer Price Calculation (m/f/d), you will take ownership of key controlling processes to ensure accurate costing, compliant transfer pricing, and effective business support. You will drive standardization, automation, and collaboration across departments while enabling stakeholders with your expertise.


Your Tasks:

  • You lead the cost accounting and transfer price calculation team
  • You oversee cost allocation processes and implement standards for cost centers and account structures (local & group)
  • You ensure accurate standard cost calculations considering BU sales requirements
  • You define and manage the update process for standard costs to ensure high quality
  • You collaborate with internal departments (finance, sales, procurement, etc.)
  • You create transparency on cost quality (e.g. deviations between local and group standard costing, master data issues)
  • You develop and implement automation concepts for cost accounting and transfer pricing
  • You ensure compliant calculation and documentation of transfer prices in close coordination with the tax department
  • You monitor transfer pricing (e.g. margin monitoring) and ensure proper handling in IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
  • You train and enable stakeholders on cost accounting topics (e.g. via internal academy sessions)


Your Profile:

Qualification:

  • Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on controlling, accounting and/or taxes
  • Knowledge of accounting under the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, cost structures, and standard cost calculation
  • Knowledge in CoS P&L

Experience and Know-how:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Practical experience in transfer pricing and/or intercompany service relationships
  • Experience in coordinating complex processes and meeting deadlines


Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English, German would be beneficial


Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to simplify complex issues, independent, structured and reliable working style
