Your Tasks

• Operating laboratory and pilot plant equipment and carrying out trials as discussed with the team
• Conducting analytical tests of raw materials and products produced in the lab and pilot plant
• Ensure documentation of trial results incl. analytical data
• Provide proper cleaning and maintenance of the laboratory and pilot scale equipment to ensure optimal functionality and adherence to quality standards
• Managing inventory and procurement of raw materials and laboratory and pilot plant supplies to support seamless operations
• Organization of proper raw material and processing aid storage
• Support and advise colleagues on trial planning and suitable equipment
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a laboratory technician, chemical technician, food technician or similar qualification
• Initial experience in a laboratory or pilot plant environment, preferably in the food/beverage or chemical industry
• Technical understanding and interest in process engineering
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; experience with lab documentation and SAP systems is a plus
• Reliable, structured and detail-oriented work style
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Good German skills, English is a plus
