Tasks

  • Planning of all finished products, assemblies and raw materials of your product family for on-time delivery
  • Direct coordination with Production, Order Admin and Sales to implement customer requests
  • Execution and adjustment of purchase orders
  • Maintenance of the necessary parts attributes in Oracle
  • Close cooperation with Strategic Purchasing to avoid or Proceeding with delivery bottlenecks
  • Continuous improvement of the entire material flow
  • Provision of forecasts for suppliers
  • Processing of changes relevant to purchasing and planning in Agile
  • Complaints about incorrectly delivered raw materials
  • Improvement of administrative planning and ordering processes
  • Provision of information for supplier evaluation

Profile

  • Completed training as a business economist, industrial clerk or industrial clerk or degree in business administration/industrial engineering and if possible experience and knowledge in supply chain planning and processes in a manufacturing company
  • Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Very good understanding of material flows, incl. Kanban processes Kanban processes
  • Confident handling of changing requirements - initiative and hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Reliable, solution-oriented and independent way of working
  • Good communication and assertiveness skills
