Tasks

• Contact person for internal customers in all matters relating to technical and infrastructural building management
• Planning, calculation, tendering and management of technical building projects (new builds, conversions and extensions)
• Operation of technical systems, CAFM systems and building management systems. Warranty tracking, maintenance planning and support for TÜV and expert inspections as well as system and operational optimisation
• Control and support of required specialised companies
• Processing fault reports and service orders
• Participation in energy management and environmental management
  
  

Requirements

• Completed technical studies in electrical engineering or technical building management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of the supporting
• FM systems (CAD, FM software, building management systems)
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel
• Completed technical studies, e.g. supply engineer, civil engineer or comparable
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Assertiveness towards external service providers
