Your responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and coordinate clinical research projects in oncology and translational medical ethics
  • Organize and manage large-scale international scientific events and meetings
  • Liaise with national and international partners; coordinate interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including scheduling and minute-taking
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and funding applications
  • Organize internal and external science communication and outreach activities

Your profile

  • University degree (preferably in life sciences, medicine, public health or similar)
  • Proven international experience in clinical research or related fields
  • Business fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, structured approach, stress resilience, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in planning and executing large international conferences or scientific events
