As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and supporting their trading and investing activities on the Tradu platform. You will work in an international environment, introducing traders and investors to a premium multi-asset platform. Your focus will be on client acquisition, sales performance, and providing exceptional customer support (no investment advice).
Your Responsibilities:
Hybrid working model – 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days remote
Comprehensive training and onboarding in CFDs, equities, sales techniques, and customer support
International career opportunities within the Stratos Group
Working Hours: 40/week, Monday–Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and supporting their trading and investing activities on the Tradu platform. You will work in an international environment, introducing traders and investors to a premium multi-asset platform. Your focus will be on client acquisition, sales performance, and providing exceptional customer support (no investment advice).
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new clients for the Tradu trading and investing platform
- Manage the entire sales and onboarding process, from first contact to trading
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through high-quality support and excellent service
- Present the benefits of our trading products and platform features, focusing on equities and other global asset classes
- Work closely with teams in London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, and Hong Kong
- Respond to client questions related to account management and platform navigation (no investment advice)
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in finance or a related field
- You communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, with excellent German (business fluent) and good English skills – both on the phone and via email
- You have a passion for financial markets and solid foundational knowledge in this area
- You enjoy working with clients and have a strong customer service orientation
- You take pride in high-quality work, are proactive in learning new topics independently, and know when to ask the right questions
- You are able to react quickly and solve problems in real-time
