Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Scrum Master to support cross-functional Agile teams in delivering high-quality outcomes within a collaborative and iterative framework. The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical facilitation capabilities and the interpersonal skills necessary to guide and support teams without direct authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Guide teams and stakeholders in understanding and embracing Agile values and principles
  • Coach teams to self-organize, improve continuously, and deliver high-value increments
  • Resolve team impediments and mediate conflicts where necessary
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of expectations
  • Plan and facilitate retrospectives, design thinking workshops, and sessions focused on continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and other team KPIs
  • Drive process improvement through workflow optimization and automation in Agile tools


Must-Have Skills And Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification from a recognized body (e.g., Scrum.org)
  • At least 23 years of hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks, including Large Scale Scrum (LeSS)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile coaching, problem-solving, and conflict management
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), including project configuration, workflow setup, and plugins
  • Working knowledge of Agile metrics and performance tracking tools
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead without authority
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
