Chief Executive Officer (m/w/d) PE/SaaS

Our client, a leading German tech investor, is seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO for a software company. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a mid-size asset in the software industry.

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the company's growth and success.


• Streamlining business operations.


• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.


• Develop and implement high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.


• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.


• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.


• Developing and implementing a comprehensive exit strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and investor expectations.

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions in the software industry.


• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.


• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.


• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, fundraising, etc.


• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.


• An visionary mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.


• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.


• Experience with exit strategies and processes is essential.


• Experience in a medium-sized software company is mandatory and in private equity a plus.


• Fluent in German and English.
