Senior Real Estate Project Manager / Building Solutions (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Independent management of complex building construction projects, such as office, production and warehouse buildings, R&D buildings and special buildings (new buildings and conversions of existing buildings) in a national and international context
• Leading management of the project phases planning, awarding, execution and handover as responsible project manager and client representative

Qualifications

• Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering or comparable
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in construction and project management
• You have proven experience in the organization, preparation and execution of national and international building construction projects in various asset classes, project reference to corporate or public real estate is
• desirable
• Experience with the use of project management platforms and software for cost tracking and scheduling
• Experience in the implementation of LEED or DGNB-certified projects is desirable with regard to sustainable construction
• You have a high service orientation and work with passion and empathy to achieve your project goals
• You have a high willingness to travel domestically and abroad (up to 30%)
