Are you detail-oriented and passionate about making a real impact behind the scenes? Join our Support team at Localyze as an Operations Support Associate! In this role, you'll take on essential back-office and administrative tasks that directly support our immigration experts and enables you to learn all about immigration from a safe distance. Your responsibilities will include preparing application forms, managing email interactions with authorities, organizing documentation, and also supporting internationals as they navigate their immigration processes. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations smooth, while also contributing to the overall experience of the talents we support.

What You'll Do
- Support our immigration experts by preparing application forms, gathering required documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of standard documents needed in immigration processes for our core market in Germany, and potentially other markets
- Communicate with authorities to coordinate appointments, such as embassy visits for our talents
- Handle administrative tasks that enable our case managers (the immigration experts) to focus on complex topics
- Respond to talent inquiries about visa processes and formal paperwork via chat
- Develop, create, and update internal guides and guidelines to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Submit incoming requests for business trip requests and workations to our compliance partners and sharing feedback with the customer
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Are curious about immigration topics and eager to learn (no prior experience is needed, as you'll be supported by our experts and with clear guides and resources)
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail (e.g. when creating official documents or filing applications using step-by-step instructions)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal (German or other languages are a plus)
- Enjoy researching information online and are confident navigating official websites to find answers about immigration processes
- Are comfortable with digital tools and like working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset — able to manage tasks independently and collaborate closely with teammates when needed
