Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Norderstedt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Logistik Supervisor (M/F/D).
Responsibilities
- Durchsetzung sicherer Arbeitsverfahren und Verantwortungsübernahme der Mitarbeitenden für Gesundheit und Sicherheit
- Bereitstellung sicherer Arbeitsmittel und -umgebungen sowie geeigneter persönlicher Schutzausrüstung
- Förderung eines sicheren Arbeitsumfelds mit dem Ziel, null meldepflichtige Unfälle zu erreichen; Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen und Untersuchung von Vorfällen
- Führung von Personal: Einstellung, Vergütungsempfehlungen und Disziplinarmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung des Managers in den Bereichen Bedarfsplanung, Terminierung sowie Lager- und Materialmanagement
- Umsetzung von Supply-Chain-Initiativen zur Erreichung standortspezifischer Ziele und Kennzahlen
- Entwicklung von Richtlinien zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Partnern zur Optimierung von Abläufen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Gefahrguttransport
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
- Starke Analysefähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis zur Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Die Möglichkeit in einem wachsenden Unternehmen einen Fußabdruck zu hinterlassen
