About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project & Installation Manager colleague who leads the project and installation team (25 people) and would be responsible for budget & cost controlling, forecasting, reporting, further development of the individual teams, optimization of work processes, increasing efficiency and handling contract management.

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project & Installation Manager colleague who leads the project and installation team (25 people) and would be responsible for budget & cost controlling, forecasting, reporting, further development of the individual teams, optimization of work processes, increasing efficiency and handling contract management.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Management of the project team at the headquarters in Berlin, office in Meerbusch and Ginsheim-Gustavsburg
- Management of the installation team with direct support from the installation coordinator
- Further development, organization and structuring of the project and installation team
- Introduction of new software to increase the efficiency of processes
- Creation of budget plans for personnel and machines, resource planning
- Carrying out safety instructions and training courses, organizing and implementing workshops
- Expansion of the Project and Installation team nationwide
- Optimization of project handover from sales to the project and to the installation team, conducting project completion meetings with NRM analysis
- Conducting employee appraisals
- Forecasting and controlling sales, costs and productivity, budget responsibility
- Responsibility for turnover and profitability of the assigned area and individual projects
- Reviewing and managing documentation, improving documentation processes
- Holiday planning for team members
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant role / area of responsibility, preferably from the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management, team and budget management, experience with process improvement
- Relevant education preferably in a technical field
- Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work in a structured and methodical way
- Willingness to travel inside Germany (approximately 2 days/week)
- Experience from the following fields: Fire Suppression /HVAC/Gas systems/Sanitary products/Wastewater treatment
- Knowledge of local construction industry standards/regulations
