- Plan and manage the company's e-commerce platform and official website
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media and online advertising
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives
- Analyse data to identify trends and user behaviour to inform strategic decisions
- Create compelling content including press releases, pitches and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, partners and the public
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or media advertising
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM and social media marketing with strong campaign results
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with a good command of English as an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategic action
- Relevant work experience in heavy machinery or construction equipment is a strong advantage
