Attracting and retaining the right Talent is one of Ambu’s key strategic pillars to deliver on our company growth plans. In order to do so, we need help from top Talent Attraction performers who can be trusted advisors to our Leaders, identify & attract the most appropriate profiles and play an important part in Ambu’s longer term projects to improve our Talent Attraction efforts.

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an additional TA Partner to join our global Talent Attraction team. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent, you will focus on supporting the growth in our DACH Sales region, as well as support some global functions. As well as supporting the Recruitment Operations, you will focus on creating a strong pipeline of future talent for Ambu, strengthen our Employer brand in your area of responsibility, and other TA activities.

In this role, you will be given full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment processes. It will be your responsibility to help Leadership identify their true capability needs, create and effective sourcing strategy, as well as support on interviews in the later stages of the process. You should expect to approach passive candidates proactively as part of some of your sourcing strategies. Further, you can expect to act as the People & Culture representative in interviews, taking references and advising on salary levels.

This role is well suited to a proactive Recruiter who is used to working in the commercial field. You gain energy from branding your organisation in the market, and identifying key talent to drive growth in a Sales organisation.

You will be based out of any of the following locations: Ballerup, Denmark; Bad Nauheim, Germany; Augsburg, Germany. We offer a hybrid working environment, and some limited international travel should be expected.

Key responsibilities

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Acting as a Recruitment Business Partner to Leadership within your focus area: identifying hiring needs, reaching out to candidates, supporting during interviews and finally at offer stage.
  • Using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to approach the right candidates for Ambu proactively
  • Engage with future talents for Ambu to ensure a strong ongoing pipeline in both DACH and our global functions in HQ
  • Participating in interviews, specifically giving feedback on psychometric and cognitive assessments
  • Acting as a true subject matter expert in all aspects of your role your role, ensuring a broad range of cognitive diversity and true environment of inclusion throughout the business
  • Work with the global Talent Attraction team and contribute to long term improvement projects

Suggested candidate profile

Skills

Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you have some or all of the following:

  • Some years experience in a proactive Recruitment function, either via an internal TA team or as an external head hunter
  • Strong active sourcing experience and a proactive nature to filling positions as efficiently as possible, without compromising on quality
  • Professional level language skills in German and English considered absolutely essential
  • Previous experience supporting commercial functions considered essential. Further experience with other corporate functions considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a strongly regulated industry would be an advantage: Medtech would be preferable, however related industries such as broader Life Science, Engineering, or Technology would also be relevant
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: You feel comfortable using your knowledge and market data to advise Managers on suggested Recruitment approaches, even if you disagree with them
  • You are likely to settle in well if you have worked in an international environment before, or would actively like to do so in the future
