Your Responsibilities

• You craft perfect coffee beverages and present them with passion and expertise.
• You competently advise our guests on our coffee selection and other beverages.
• You create an inviting and pleasant atmosphere that makes our guests and members feel special.
• You work in the exclusive Ambassadors Club, a unique space combining co-working, social events, and well-being experiences.
• You assist with the organization and execution of club events and are always available to support our guests.
• You are knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings and eager to provide helpful recommendations.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have experience as a barista and a deep interest in high-quality coffee beverages.
• You are skilled in various coffee preparation methods and have an understanding of different coffee roasts.
• You have experience in the hospitality industry and know how to delight and engage guests.
• You communicate professionally and warmly, both with guests and team members.
• You are fluent in both German and English, and additional language skills are a plus.
• You have a strong interest in premium drinks and design.
• You stay organized and efficient even in a fast-paced environment.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
