At DATASEC, you actively shape the digital future of our customers. You will analyse existing business processes and develop innovative optimization and automation concepts that redefine efficiency and sustainability. You will not only rely on proven methods, but also integrate modern cloud technologies and AI-based solutions to create real added value. From the first consultation to the requirements analysis and successful implementation, you will support our customers in a spirit of partnership and at eye level. In workshops and training sessions, you will inspire teams to break new ground and jointly develop tailor-made automation strategies. You will take responsibility for managing challenging digitalization projects, lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are implemented on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your task: Bringing innovation to life - and successfully leading companies into the digital future.
You are passionate about shaping change and have at least three years' experience in IT services, IT consulting, project management or implementing solutions in the areas of document management, workflow optimization or AI-driven process automation. You combine your analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business processes and a flair for digitalization potential. Ideally, you have experience in the SAP environment and are familiar with modern cloud and AI technologies. You communicate convincingly at all levels, inspire customers with your expertise and bring projects to a successful conclusion with a clear vision and structured way of working. A degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your know-how. Business fluent German and English round off your profile. Above all, you are passionate about innovation, work independently and always think one step ahead.
