In this role, your contributions will be critical to ensuring the quality and functionality of our RF and mixed-signal labs for our innovative products. Job Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of evaluation boards and coordinate with external vendors for board manufacturing.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of manufactured boards to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine testing procedures and protocols.
- Work with the purchasing department to facilitate board manufacturing.
- Assemble and test boards based on purchase orders and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document test results and update tracking records.
- Perform precise soldering tasks, including reworking printed circuit boards (PCBs) and handling fine-pitch components.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

- University degree in applied sciences, technical certification, or an associate degree in electronics or a related field.
- Proven experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB assembly.
- Python scripting skills (e.g., for board automation) are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of lab equipment, including digital multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and RF signal generators.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic computer skills for testing, documentation, and reporting.
- Background in RF technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
