Your tasks

Responsibilities

As a Network Administrator (m/f/d), you and your team will be responsible for the company's IT infrastructure. You can also expect an in-house data center with servers, network switches, firewall and much more. Support us in the following areas:

• Configuration of switches, load balancers, firewalls & WAF
• Network access control for clients (NAC, MFA)
• Hardening of networks (ARP spoofing, DHCP snooping and more)
• HA configurations of network components
• Monitoring the network infrastructure
• Documentation of network configurations, changes and problems
• Collaboration in IT-related projects
• Support in day-to-day business, e.g. in user support, projects, etc.
• Supporting your colleagues at Governikus at all locations
  
  

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable knowledge and skills in information technology
• A passion for IT and an appetite for new technologies
• Terms such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VoIP are no foreign words for you
• Sound knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching and VPN
• Experience in the implementation and application of network security measures
• IT certifications are welcome
• Strong communication skills within the team, but also across teams
