Tasks

• Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at the Worms site;
• Responsibility for the areas of electrical planning, fire protection, safety technology and/or air conditioning;
• Managing projects in compliance with scheduling, cost and quality requirements;
• Carrying out the commissioning of new systems through to defect-free acceptance;
• Support and optimisation of existing systems with regard to energy- and maintenance-efficient operation and provision of basic information for data and information management;
• Co-operation with service providers on site, including co-ordination and monitoring of implementation to ensure safe operation of the site;
• Assessment of defects as part of the property evaluation, taking into account legal compliance and technical regulations;
• Development of sustainable remedial measures and their implementation;
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, supply engineering, technical building equipment or comparable qualification;
• Several years of experience in the planning and realisation of projects in the field of building services engineering / electrical engineering;
• Ability to work independently, teamwork, creativity, ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness, customer-orientation and strong communication skills;
• Language skills: German and English
