Role

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy AIESEC Intern to join our Corporate Real Estate team, specifically within the Global Facility Management horizontal. This intern will play a key role in the change management project for one of the most important system in the department. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a creative mindset, ready to contribute to the development of training materials and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit communication and training materials to effectively convey information about the new tool and processes;
  • Develop engaging training videos and resources to support users in understanding and utilizing the new system;
  • Define and document processes and guidelines related to the system ensuring clarity and accessibility for all users;
  • Analyze feedback from training sessions and user experiences to continuously improve training materials and processes;
  • Assist in communicating updates and changes to stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and engagement;
  • Collaborate with the team to manage the change process for the new systems ensuring a smooth transition and adoption across the department.
