To support its customers in using DS-SOFTWARE, the company offers various services, such as training, workshops, advice and troubleshooting from an experienced hotline support team and ongoing maintenance of the software.

We are looking for an Employee Customer Support and Application Consulting (m/f/d) at the Hanau site at the earliest possible date.

These Tasks Await You

• Support with questions from our customers about the use of our DS-SOFTWARE
• Analysis of operational processes and recording of customer requirements
• Creation of programming descriptions
• Documentation of system extensions
• Acceptance tests of programming
• Conducting customer training and support during implementation
• Responsible supervision of projects
• Close cooperation with colleagues in software development
  
  

What You Bring With You

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies
• First professional experience in the organization and implementation of projects in the IT industry
• Knowledge of business processes and ERP software is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Enjoy customer contact and consulting activities
• Independent, customer-oriented, team player
• Knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel if required
