The IT department ensures smooth IT operations within the Group. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for our IT infrastructure and the implementation of new processes and technologies.

To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for a full-time IT system administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• Administration, maintenance and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, software solutions)
• Ensuring IT security and data protection guidelines
• Supporting employees with IT queries and faults (1st and 2nd level support)
• Administration of user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365 etc.)
• Installation, configuration and updating of hardware and software
• Monitoring and maintenance of backup and recovery systems
• Coordination and collaboration with external service providers
• Documentation of IT processes and systems
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT administration, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Sound knowledge of Windows server and client environments, network technology, IT security and cloud services
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and high service mentality
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
